About
Stacy Rea Thomas is a retired Senior Vice President and Engineering Senior Manager from Wells Fargo, where she spent more than 30 years leading technology, transformation, and business initiatives. Today, she serves as a professor in the School of Business at William Jessup University and is the founder of Rea Coaching & Consulting, where she helps executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations achieve meaningful growth and lasting success.
A dedicated advocate for community service, Stacy believes strong communities are built through collaboration, leadership, and a commitment to helping others thrive. She is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations that are making a difference throughout the region. Stacy serves as Secretary of The Grace Foundation, supporting foster youth and families; serves on the Board of FieldHaven Feline Center, helping provide rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption services for cats in need; and is a board member of Soroptimist International of Lincoln, where she supports programs that empower women and girls through education, mentorship, and opportunity.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Stacy serves on the Board of Directors for the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce and is passionate about supporting local businesses, fostering leadership development, and strengthening the economic vitality of the community.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, and a Master of Business Administration, along with numerous professional certifications in leadership, project management, process improvement, and agile methodologies.
When she isn't teaching, coaching, volunteering, or supporting local organizations, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 30 years and their three sons, gardening, reading, and caring for the many animals on their farm.
